Auto Truck Depot Free Shipping Policy

 We offer Free Shipping by standard ground service to destinations within Canada with orders over 200.00 not including tax.

• Auto Truck Depot offers standard ground service via: Loomis/DHL, Purolator or UPS free to destinations in Canada. Our second option is Canada Post or Greyhound. Auto Truck Depot will select the shipping method.
• Free offer does not apply to oversized items. Some items exceed the size limits for standard ground shipping by being oversized, extra long, bulky or extra weight. There will be an additional charge for oversized items within Canada. You will be contacted with the charges prior to processing your order.
• Oversized items will be shipped only to commercial addresses.
• A shipping charge of 15.00 will be added to the order for any orders that total less or equal to 200.00 not including taxes.
• Some postal codes will be excluded if they are not on a regular delivery route. Some locations are classed as “outside normal shipping lanes”. Shipping rates are subject to change for some remote areas in Canada. Extra charges may apply to ship there. You will be contacted prior to processing your order.
• We offer 2-10 day delivery on most products anywhere in Canada.
• Auto Truck Depot is not responsible for damage to the product incurred during transit. Please inspect your parcel carefully before signing for it. Your signature on the weigh bill indicates that you have inspected the goods, quantity and the condition of the delivery is okay.
• No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization and an authorization number. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs & associated fees.
• Auto Truck Depot reserves the right to change or end the Free Shipping offer at any time.
